How do we work?

The platform is currently undergoing a stage of working out a work model and a service that is comfortable for all interested parties. We work in a single window format – all actions are carried out directly by our team.

At the next stage, in 2024, we will open access for private sellers who will be able to place lots on their own. Training on working in the system will be organized for them.

The platform operates in the format of trading sessions, which are formed as applications are received, the duration of such sessions is 2 weeks. Sales are carried out in the auction mode for an increase – this approach allows you to determine the most fair price for all parties.

Verification of users and data!

The purpose of the site is to identify users as accurately as possible in order to create a trusting buying and selling environment.

This approach eliminates the possibility of price gouging and "fake" buyers.

To verify the data, a service agreement is concluded with each lot owner: we, as operators and moderators of the site, collect a set of documents for the lot, check the data using our information capabilities and upload them to our own accounting, certification and lot movement system between the owners of "Chromosoft".

After adding a lot to the collection, bidding begins. To participate in them, the buyer must complete the registration and verification procedure on the website. In addition, registered users can see additional materials about the lots, if any are published.

At the same time, any user can contact the moderators of the site for additional information or for other issues related to the purchase of the lot.

How are the auctions going?

Registered users have the opportunity to place bets on lots. To do this, they must go to the page of the lot of interest, click the "Place a bet" button. At this stage, the bidder has a choice: click the "Submit" button with an increase in the price by a preset minimum step or enter the amount that he is ready to bet for this lot.

If another buyer outbids the bid, the bidder receives a corresponding notification in a telegram, after which he can make a new return bid.

The final bid is fixed 10 minutes after the end time indicated on the lot page.

What happens after the auction?

At the end of the auction, the system fixes the highest bid, and an electronic (digital) purchase and sale transaction is opened.

According to the rules of the site, the seller and the buyer must conclude an agreement at the last (highest) price set during the auction the bet.

The seller downloads a standard contract prepared by the platform, the buyer downloads and fills it out or uploads his documents to fill out the contract by the seller.

The completed contract is checked and agreed upon by the participants, after which it becomes possible to sign it in electronic form using an EDS (for legal entities) or a unique code (for individuals). The moderator records the signing of the contract with his signature, similar to a notary.

The platform stands for a secure transaction and therefore acts as an independent arbitrator: according to the standard agreement, the movement of funds is carried out through a special settlement account of the platform, which is in a special status in the bank and is intended for agency trading operations. This allows you to protect the buyer and seller from unfair actions.

After signing the contract, the buyer transfers the amount specified in the contract to a special account, the moderator site confirms to the seller that the full amount has been received and gives an order to transfer the lot to the buyer.

Until the moment of signing the documents (the act of transfer and acceptance of the lot), the money is in the account of the site.

In the digital profile of the transaction, the buyer and seller can exchange messages in a special chat, discuss issues and agree on the time of transfer of the lot.

What if the buyer refused the transaction before signing the contract?

The site cannot guarantee 100% that the buyer will not change his mind about buying the lot before the conclusion of the contract, but in this case this buyer will be listed as unreliable buyers, and the opportunity to conclude a contract is provided to the participant who made the penultimate bid.

Currently, together with industry experts, we are working on a list of objective justifications for refusing to conclude a deal in order to work out these risks in advance in the future. Thanks to this approach, we try to exclude any tools of price gouging and participation of fake buyers in the transaction.

According to the legislation of the Russian Federation, no one can be forced to commit actions that do not meet his interests. If the lot is sold by a broker, agent or other person, the seller sets the minimum sale price. At the same time, the seller must be objective when evaluating his lot so that expectations are not overstated.

The platform provides automatic tools to protect the seller from the "non-market" sale price, for example, self-purchase of a lot: This is a common global practice to exclude the occurrence of an obligation to sell a lot to the detriment of oneself.

Expectations and high prices: how to evaluate the lot correctly?

At the moment, our site is forming an open market for the purchase and sale of lots, we invite everyone to join us (write to us by mail or telegram).

With a sufficient volume of transactions, the platform will be able to generate price indices and price ranges for each breed or category of lots, which can serve as a guide for the seller. However, this requires a sufficient amount of statistics and the willingness of market players to show and document the real value of lots.

The buyer can request any documents for the lot through the site. The site will provide the available or discuss with the seller the possibility of additional research and the conditions for their implementation.
